At CUNY, Stricter Admissions Bring Ethic Shift

As the City University of New York enforces stricter minimum requirements for test scores for college admissions, it marks a shift in the demographic mix. Black representation dropped 10 percent; the Hispanic share rose rose slightly; and the white portion fell slightly, to 35 percent.
