Samsung announced its plan to buy off Harman for $8 billion, its biggest acquisition plan to date. Not only that, the giant Korean-based tech company also revealed they will acquire messaging company NewNet Communication in an undisclosed amount allowing it to catch up with its rivals in the instant messaging arena.
