Rutgers Student Asks Thief to Keep His Stolen Laptop; Requests Return Of Research Data

Jingming Zhang, a PhD. student in Chemistry at the Rutgers University, has filed a police complaint and printed flyers for a stolen laptop, last week, urging the thief to return his research materials stored in the device.
