‘Department of Labor’ Amends ‘Fair Labor Standards Act’; ‘FLSA’ Mandates Salary Increase For Athletic Department Less Prominent Workers [VIDEO]

After President Obama issued a directive in March 2014, the “US Department of Labor” has acted Tuesday revealing changes in the “Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)”. The "Labor Department mandated college athletic departments to double salaries for less prominent workers for them to get exemption from federal overtime-pay requirements beginning this fall.
