Annalise's (Viola Davis) revenge is at the forefront of this week's "How to Get Away With Murder" episode. Meanwhile, everyone is still trying to figure out the identity of Wes' (Alfred Enoch) killer.

Episode 13 titled "It's War" will showcase Annalise exacting revenge on DA Denver and ADA Atwood for taking away her power, SpoilerTV reported. Nate (Billy Brown), meanwhile, will discover something shocking.

Asher (Matt McGorry), Connor (Jack Falahee), Michaela (Aja Naomi King), Laurel (Karla Souza) and Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) are having difficulties dealing with Wes' murder. The upcoming "How to Get Away With Murder" episode airs on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 10:00-11:00 p.m. EST on ABC.

Nate is currently being suspected as the person who killed Wes. He was at Annalise's home when the fire broke out before Wes' death. In an interview with Variety, Brown said that he doesn't think Nate is the killer, but he acknowledged that things are looking bad for his character.

Nate has been shown as this nice guy offering help to anyone who will accept it. Others think that this is his way to hide in plain sight or look innocent when matters take a turn for the worse.

Frank (Charlie Weber) is also a primary suspect. He wasn't seen inside the house during the fire. Although, for Frank to do something like this means he had motive to kill Wes. He doesn't murder people mindlessly and if he did kill, it's to protect a loved one or send an important message to someone.

The Mahoneys are also sensible suspects in Wes' murder. They are known for having vengeful natures and stopping at nothing to get things their way.

Annalise isn't out of the picture, too. She could have killed Wes due to a life-or-death situation, or the whole thing was probably an accident.

There's also the question of who Wes called the night he was killed. TV Fanatic speculated that the person on the other end of the line was Nate, given that Wes didn't look shocked when he saw him at Annalise's house. If this is the case, Nate's phone records need to be looked at, too.

There's also the possibility that Wes was talking to someone who knows his mother or his father's family because he used the name "Kristoff" as an alias. Others think that the phone call was between Wes and someone from his past. The show is making it too easy to paint Nate as the killer and it's probably a distraction from the real culprit.
