As the Nokia 6 sold out within minutes of its release, Nokia appears to be enjoying quite a good year. Nokia is aiming to take advantage of the momentum, as the Finnish tech company plans to roll out more devices this year and at least one of those gadgets is a flagship, dubbed as the Nokia P1 smartphone. The smartphone could be released before February ends, and the interest of the tech enthusiasts is rapidly mounting up on the upcoming Nokia device.

The Nokia P1 smartphone, which is said to be showcased at MWC 2017 this month, will feature a Carl Zeiss camera lens and the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. Rumor has it that Nokia P1 smartphone comes along with a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, 64GB or 128GB internal storage and a microSD slot support up to 256GB of space. The handset is also speculated to be dust and water resistant and will run on the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, according to WCCF Tech.

Also, the Nokia P1 smartphone is packing a super sized 3,500 mAh battery to support its all-metal body. The Nokia P1 smartphone is rumored to be available in two variants, the 128GB and 256GB version. From the rumored specs of the Nokia P1, this would see the handset competes with the likes of the Huawei P10 and LG G6 smartphones, Daily Star reported.

Furthermore, the Nokia P1 smartphone has been tipped to have Google's Daydream VR built-in support. The Nokia P1 will reportedly include multi-windows apps and a whole set of the cute emojis. The Finnish tech giant has not announced the smartphone's price, but the handset may very well be in the price range of other flagships like the Samsung Galaxy S7. That means the Nokia P1 128GB model might cost around $779, while the 256GB variant will have a price tag of $900.
