2K recently announced that "WWE 2K17" is slated to release worldwide on October 4, and it will come to platforms including PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

WWE 2K17 Cover Revealed!

Brock Lesnar is slated to grace the cover of the much awaited professional wrestling video game, "WWE 2K17," 2K Sports has announced. "The Beast" will take up the mantle from Stone Cold Steve Austin, who spruced the cover up for last year's WWE 2K16.

2K proudly announced Lesnar as "WWE 2K17 Cover Superstar" on its official website post, adding "Beast Incarnate" to the esteemed list of former WWE superstars. This further cements Lesnar's success as a competitor at WWE, UFC and NCAA Division I wrestling.

Lesnar's career has been characterized by taking control of every opportunity that was presented to him. That said, Lesnar noted that he was excited for his "newest opportunity representing WWE 2K17 as the franchise's ambassador."

Lesnar added that he was honored to be the cover Superstar for WWE 2K17.

The "Mayor of Suplex City" tried his luck at the NFL Career as well as MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and left his mark at UFC.

Lesnar is slated to return to MMA at UFC 200 on July 9, when "The Beast" will go toe-to-toe with Mark Hunt. In addition, Lesnar is scheduled to participate in WWE's upcoming PPV (pay per view), "SummerSlam" on August 21, International Business Times reported.

Lesnar's advocate, Paul Heyman noted in a statement that the Beast wants to win every gaming platform there is, and this is exactly the attitude that would generate interest among his fans as well as gamers. It was reported that the game will represent Suplex City as a destination.
