WWE SmackDown And Raw Strive To Expand Their Rosters; Which Former Superstars Will Make A Comeback?
ByIn the wake of the imminent brand extension, WWE may have to split what looks like the biggest main roster in the history of the professional wrestling company.
If rumors doing rounds are anything to go by, WWE top officials have touched base with some of the former superstars and the list of the names WWE may bring back to the four-sided ring has surfaced online, Sportsrageous reported.
It looks like WWE recently realized that they need two full rosters for the fan-favorite shows: Monday Night Raw and SmackDown, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer tweeted on Saturday, June 18.
In addition to the existing WWE superstars and the upcoming NXT draft, top WWE officials are now looking to add superstars who have been around the wrestling ring for quite some time now.
The move stems from WWE's requirement to balance the main roster into three categories of stars. A brand will reportedly boast a roster that includes current superstars, the "New Era" stars and the old-timers who needless to say, still got it.
Check out the list of superstars who are rumored to make a comeback to the World Wrestling Entertainment Inc.

As far as Jeff's brother, Matt Hardy is concerned; there are no indications of the WWE approaching him as well to sign a deal with the company. Matt is currently with TNA.
