As is tradition, Apple will unveil a batch of new products, highlighted by brand new iPhones.
Also a tradition, Apple will reveal nothing until the company's leadership take the stage to show them off for the very first time.
CLICK HERE to watch the event live online. Apple will kick off its keynote at 10 a.m. PDT (1 p.m. EST) on Wednesday, Sept. 9.
Here is what customers can expect, and head over to 9to5 Mac to get the full rundown.
1. iPhone 6S and 6S Plus
Described as the most significant "S" upgrade in iPhone history, the new handsets are expected to come with an improved 12 megapixel camera, a more powerful processing chip, and better resolution. Forbes cited a leak on Weibo that claimed Apple will upgrade the iPhone's screen resolution from 326ppi to 488ppi.
2. Apple TV set top box
Apple is rumored to be developing a television set, but the company is far overdue for an update to its line of set top boxes. Amazon, Roku, and Google are raising the competition level in that market, and Apple has not released a new device since 2012.
3. iPad Pro, Mini 4
The rumored 12.9-inch "Pro" tablet has reportedly been in development for about a year, and is finally due out later this fall. As 9to5 Mac learned last week, Apple is expected to unveil the tablet during their iPhone event alongside the iPad Mini 4.
4. Odds and ends
9to5 Mac also reported that Apple is likely to unveil new Mac computers, though the website did not elaborate, as they will not be the focal point of the event. But Apple traditionally upgrades its laptops and desktop computers once a year, so Tuesday's event is likely to be no different.
9to5Mac also learned Apple will unveil new bands for the Apple Watch, as well as a gold-colored aluminum Sport version of the device.
Customers can also expect a Bluetooth keyboard for the iPad Pro, as well as new Smart Covers and Smart Cases outfitted for the larger screen.
