Paterno Family, Pen State Community Members Sue NCAA Over Penalty

The family of late Penn State football coach Joe Paterno and several campus community members including faculty and former players, filed a civil suit in Common Pleas Court of Centre County, Thursday, against the NCAA with the intent to annul penalties imposed against the university, last year, saying that the association was too hasty in meting out the punishment.
