Almost everyone who is about to attend college may need a scholarship or financial aid. That's because students and parents find it difficult to come up with the amount of money that's needed to pay for all college costs.

Duct Tape Prom Formal Wear
The Henkal Corporation's Duck Brand Duct Tape "Stuck at Prom" Contest awards scholarships to couples who are able to come up with prom attire entirely made out of duct tape. They must post a photo or video of their attire using their personal Instagram or Twitter account using the hashtags #DuckTapePromposal and #Sweepstakes.
Duck Calling
The Chick & Sophie Major Memorial Scholarship Duck Calling Contest is for the high school students who can call ducks. They will be given 90 seconds to use four calls: hail, feed, comeback and mating. These rules are set by the World's Championship Duck Calling Contest.
Crystallography
The Ludo Frevel Crystallography Scholarship Award, according to their website is specifically designed for students pursue crystallographically-oriented research, meaning they have to be enrolled in a graduate degree program with an interest in crystallography. Examples of these are structure analysis or crystal morphology. A total number of 10 students can receive this scholarship with the aid of $2,500.
