Xiaomi is gearing up for Mi 6 launch while still care about the entry-level devices that's about to release for public.

Redmi Note 4 preorder starts March 30 at its official Mi store. Reports have learned that this is the first time ever Xiaomi opens a preorder system for the device. The Chinese company promises a 5-day delivery.

Additionally, the recently launched Redmi 4a is said to be listed in a preorder item soon. It's reported that the affordable device is currently one of the best-selling smartphones in India.

Redmi 4a packs a punch with 5-inch display and Snapdragon 425 powering the handset. However, the polycarbonate body seems to be lacking of elegance. Xiaomi only launches a 16 GB model for the series, coupled with a 2 GB of RAM. However, it comes with a few Xiaomi native apps which leave a small room for memory, up to 9 GB.

The 13 MP camera isn't excellent but it is worth noting that the affordable device is value for money, especially for entry-level users who are also heavy users. BGR noted that Redmi 4a gets a 3,120 mAh battery and already supports 4G calls.

Meanwhile, the impending Xiaomi Mi 6 has been getting more details. Reports have hinted at a Snapdragon 835-powered flagship with a 19 MP rear camera built by Sony. Interestingly, Xiaomi will reportedly launch a Mi 6 Plus model sporting 12 MP unit, dual camera.

As opposed to the base model, the Plus variant will sport a 5.7-inch display and 6 GB of inbuilt storage with the memory capacity up to 128 GB, and a battery as huge as 4,500 mAh.

There's been a rumor that the Apple of China will equip its high-end smartphone with metal chassis although another speculative report has learned that a ceramic model may be plausible, Android Headlines wrote. The Mi 6 series announcement will likely fall on April 11.
