According to The Next Web, VR video is probably one of the most in-demand things nowadays. Some may think this could be a really expensive gadget. However, a report claims that there is another way to get a cheaper 360-degree camera.
As per the aforementioned site, Insta360 Nano could turn iPhone into a 360-degree camera. With the help of a simple application as well as a lightning-connected dual-lens system, phone users can now get along with the recent trend.
"It's short on bulk, but packs a ton of cool features and superb image quality into a sub-$200 device," the site noted.
In order to turn iPhone into a portable VR video rig, the phone user needs plug the camera in and download the needed application and create an account. Phone users might find it odd as the layout is in an upside-down display. This layout will also be used while the user shoots their 360-degree video.
Once the iPhone is all setup, there will be a bunch of different options for the users. One could broadcast live on social media (Facebook or YouTube), take 360 images and time-lapse photos. However, here is the catch, for live streaming using 360-degree camera is not as easy as everyone thinks.
Based on the report, the device authentication expires a few days later. Meaning to say, in order to use the app for live streaming, 360 users must re-do the steps again.

On the other hand, Insta360 Air is considered as one of the most affordable 360-degree cameras. According to a report from Slashgear, the camera gadget is now available at $129 in eight countries. This includes Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Italy, France, and Japan.
With its cheaper price, everyone can now turn Android gadgets and PCs into an instant 360-degree camera. Simply plug the camera via USB-C, USB 2.0 or 3.0, or micro USB.
Insta360 AIr is currently available on Amazon. It is also available in Fry and B&H stores in the US.
