A number of jailbreak tool enthusiasts are waiting for the update on their iPhone 7 and 7 Plus smartphones. iOS jailbreakers seem to be delayed of unleashing the iOS 10.2 jailbreak. Nevertheless, the reason behind the delay of the jailbreak tool is the fact that Apple Inc. is improving the iOS 10.2.1 security patches.

The Cupertino based tech giant launched the latest 10.2.1 update on Jan. 23. Two days after the release, the Pangu team announced a delay release of the iOS 10.2 jailbreak. While the famous 19-year-old hacker Luca Todesco, has also been under radar from the jailbreak issue. As Todesco was one of the first hackers to exploit in the iOS Apple releases, the Italian hacker has not said much of Apple's newest iOS 10.2.1 update.

It is believed that the security patches that the tech giant released for its mobile operating system have prevented hackers from breaching on the weaknesses of the operating system. Most jailbreakers have also not pitch in the reasons for the delays in the jailbreak tool. On the other hand, the famous Italian hacker Todesco claimed that the new jailbreaking tool he's working on doesn't include support for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, according to TNH Online.

Nevertheless, as Todesco has released his beta version of the iOS 10.2 jailbreak tool, called Yalu102, iOS device users are advised to keep their jailbreak by saving the SHSH2 blobs. This will help iOS device users maintain the jailbreak versions they already installed and not to lose it when a new update emerges. Another way to prolong the jailbreak's life is to block the updates in the operating system. This will disable iOS device to download and install new iOS versions from Apple products which already have hacked iOS, Value Walk reported.

That being said, Apple has already rolled out the iOS 10.3 beta version to developers.
