Ahead of Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2017) and the release of the iPhone 8 later this year, Apple Inc. is said to stage an event this March 2017 and will introduce its latest gadgets in the process. The tech giant is up for the revelation of four new iPad Pro models, 128GB iPhone SE and red iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

The Cupertino based tech giant plans to refresh its iPad lineup by first ditching the iPad Mini and iPad Air, and launch the new four iPad Pro variants, according to Mac Rumors. The 7.9-inch iPad Pro will replace the iPad Mini, wherein, the 7.9-inch iPad Pro will come along with a 12MP main camera with True Tone flash, Smart Connector and a four-speaker configuration. Nonetheless, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has stated that the tech company plans to roll out a new 9.7-inch, 10.5-inch, and 12.9-inch iPad Pro lineup this year.

Adding another option to the Apple lineup would be an iPhone SE, which has more storage capacity compared to the 16GB and 64GB capacities of the current iPhone SE. All of the diminutive iPhone SE's other components, such as a 4-inch display and A9 SoC, are expected to feature in the upcoming 128GB iPhone SE, Hot Hardware reported. Apple will start offering a 128GB flavor of the iPhone SE, as the iPhone's average selling price declined, which points to the low-end specs.

In addition, a new red color option will be available to the current generation of Apple's iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Although the red color has been a speculated color option for the iPhone family for years, but the firm did not materialize the option. Now, the red option of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus would join the existing Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Black and Jet Black variants.
