'Diablo 3' Patch 1.17 Released To Kill Bug Issues; 'Rise Of The Necromancer' Could Be This Month
ByBlizzard's latest "Diablo 3" Patch 1.17 brings the much-needed help the "Diablo" gaming community have been looking for. The game studio has just released the latest update, which brought several bug fixes for the chasing issues that has been plaguing PS4 players of Diablo 3 since Patch 2.4.3 update.
According to ShackNews, the latest "Diablo 3" update Patch 1.17 is pretty big, around 1.2 GB in size. PS4 players of the hack and slash game are hoping that the latest update will bring the framework for the new Seasons competitive play system.
However, Patch 1.17 seems to just fix the PS4-related crashing issues, which have been affecting PS4 players of Diablo 3 since the Patch 2.4.3 update.
'Rise of the Necromancer' DLC Release Date Might Come Later This Month
Last year, Blizzard has released to the mainstream a teaser trailer for the next "Diablo 3" DLC, "Rise of the Necromancer."
The much-awaited "Diablo 3: Rise of the Necromancer" is expected to arrive this year, but Blizzard has yet to announce the official release date.
The "Diablo 3" DLC release date has been one of the most frequently asked questions in the gaming circle, and fans are dead serious about the new class and new features. Thankfully, Blizzard has some good news waiting for the players, as the studio announced plans for the upcoming Q&A event.
Blizzard has decided to set up the company's Facebook page to have a live Question and Answer (Q & A) stream at 8:00 p.m. on Jan. 26. This means that players will now able to ask and submit their inquiries about the game.
As for the upcoming DLC, the "Rise of the Necromancer" will require and work only with both "Diablo 3" and "Reaper of Souls," according to Blizzard. But for PS4 and Xbox One game consoles, the "Diablo 3" Ultimate Evil Edition is needed, Blizzard added.
Some of the expected additional features of the upcoming Necromancer DLC pack include banner, in-game pet, portrait frames, stash tabs (available on PC only), and more.
The Blizzard's hack and slash game"Diablo 3" is currently available on PC, MacOS, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
