Bethesda is adding free updates for its action-adventure stealth video game 'Dishonored 2," which was released last November 2016 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Latest Update Introduces New Features And Several Bug Fixes
According to Eurogamer.net, Bethesda is adding mission select and more than 20 custom difficulty sliders to its action-adventure game "Dishonored 2."
The latest update will also add a Custom Difficulty feature that will allow players to customize their gaming experience with new options. The Custom Difficulty Settings will provide players with sliders for 20 options or presets, allowing players to experience the game in different ways, as the slider option enable the players to experiment with various gameplay elements.
Using the Custom Difficulty Settings, players will now able to play the game as easy as they want to, or take a more challenging one if they want to.
As mentioned earlier by GameRant, the latest update will also include the Mission Restart/Mission Select, which has been the most requested feature from the gaming community. The Mission Select feature allows players to replay any mission that they already completed previously, permitting them to backtrack and find things they may have missed in the game.
Aside from new features, the latest "Dishonoured 2" update will also include a bunch of general fixes and a couple of major features intended to improve the overall gaming experience. The game's user interface has undergone some big changes along with some important visual fixes.
Latest Update Brings PS4-Specific Fixes
In addition to the visual fixes and the improvements made on the visual side, Bethesda's latest update also brings PS4-specific fixes, which is said to ensure better gaming experience.
With this update, "Dishonored 2" players will no longer have to deal with a bunch of technical issues concerning their saved game files. Aside from PS4, PC-specific visual adjustments are also included in the latest "Dishonored 2" update.
Release in November 2011, "Dishonored 2" is an action stealth game and a sequel to 2012's "Dishonored" game. The title is set in a fictional Empire of the Isles, after the great Empress Emily Kaldwin has been deposed.
"Dishonored 2" Players may choose between playing as either Emily or as the Empress' Royal Protector. The game title is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
