Brock Lesnar did not waste any time in making an impact at WWE Raw. He interrupted in a segment that featured Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, WWE United States Champion Chris Jericho, WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens, Braun Strowman and Sami Zayn already in the ring. He proceeded to suplex Rollins, Reigns and Zayn. After Reigns superman punched him, he immediately got back up and delivered an F5 to Reigns.

According to Wrestle View, Sheamus and Cesaro defended their WWE Raw tag team titles against Gallows and Anderson. Towards the end of the match, Sheamus accidentally punched the referee which knocked him cold. Gallows and Anderson then hit the magic killer on Cesaro and they thought they had the win when a second referee came down and counted the pin. However, the first referee came down and reversed the decision to award the victory to Gallows and Anderson by disqualification.

According to Wrestling Inc, former WWE Raw tag team champions The New Day came out to address the fact that it is every man for himself in the Royal Rumble match when all three of them are entered into the match. They declared that if one of them wins the Royal Rumble match then all 3 of them would challenge for the Universal title. Titus O'Neil then came out and asked if one of them would give their spot to him in the Rumble match. When all three of them declined, he challenged any of them to a match where their slot would be on the line. Big E accepted and easily pinned O'Neil with the Big Ending.

The main event of WWE Raw saw a six-man tag team match between Braun Strowman, Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens taking on Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn. The ending saw Strowman getting the win for his team with a running powerslam on Zayn.
