A month ago, the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) is rumored to be released in January 6 because it has already gained the last step which is acquiring Wi-Fi Certification but no units appeared on the store shelves that day according to Geeky Gadgets. However, some reports claim that the budget-friendly smartphone of Samsung is heading towards its most anticipated release date soon.

According to Android Headlines the handset has been spotted in a benchmarking site called GeekBench running the latest mobile operating system which has further lead to a speculation that a release date is indeed coming soon.
Furthermore, the benchmark also reveals that Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The benchmark result also suggests that the device offers faster performance than its predecessor because it got a score of 889 in single-core performance and 4200 in a multi-core.
On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) is pack with 2600 mAh battery and will sport a 5-inch display with screen resolution of 720 pixels, 5MP camera for photos and video and 2MP for the selfie shooter. The handset is said to be bearing a model number SM-J327.
