‘Crackdown 3’ Release Date, News: ‘Crackdown 3’ To Roll Out Ahead Of Xbox Project Scorpio, Game Will Support 4K [VIDEO]
ByWhile the "Crackdown 3" team (Reagent Games) was on a recent Twitch stream, Clint Burdock, Peter Connelly and Dave Johnson made it known that the video game will fire up the store shelves ahead of Xbox Project Scorpio. The team also confirmed that the upcoming open world action-adventure game will support 4K resolution.
Reagent Games talked about the update of "Crackdown 3" during the live stream at around the 2-hour mark. While bumping up to a question regarding the backward compatibility of Crackdown's 1 and 2, Microsoft's Jorg Neumann coyly stated that they are working on things, which at least indicates the American tech giant is still exploring and mounting up previous Crackdown games to the current generation, Windows Central reported.
"Crackdown 3" is a 4 player open-world shooter game along with a comic book aesthetic, as well as an emphasis on wanton destruction. The multiplayer mode of the video game will use the power of the Microsoft Cloud to boost the processing capability of Xbox.
Nevertheless, "Crackdown 3" was announced by Microsoft during E3 2014. Unfortunately, the release date of the game wasn't confirmed, with the video game remaining in the shadows until a year later when another Xbox title was brought up during E3 2015.
By now, gamers have been exhausted waiting for the release date of "Crackdown 3." The continued delay of the video game caused frustration among the game enthusiasts in the Xbox community. Nonetheless, there are still reasons to hope for the launching of the video game, Neuro Gadget reported.
In spite of that, the development of "Crackdown 3" takes time, and gamers only thing they can do is to wait until the game will be released next year. The upcoming open world action-adventure game is coming out for Xbox One, Windows 10 and Xbox Project Scorpio before 2017's holiday season.
