PS4 Pro News: PS4’s ‘Ace Combat 7’ Will Support PS4 Pro; ‘The Last of Us’ Remastered Patch Doesn't Sound Good [VIDEO]
ByThe Japanese video game director Kazutoki Kono pitched in a few interesting details about the PS4 Pro support of the PS4 exclusive "Ace Combat 7." The game director also shared his thought regarding the video game's development between the typical gaming system experience and virtual reality.
The video game director mentioned that the upcoming action combat flight simulator game intends to support PS4 Pro, but the video game is still in development and isn't fully optimized yet. Thus, the way the power of Sony's latest console will be used is still not fully decided. Kono stated that they still don't know what "Ace Combat 7" will look like, but the development team does intend to do something, Dual Shockers reported.
The "Ace Combat 7" video game is slated to roll out sometime in 2017, exclusively for Sony's PS4, which include the PlayStation VR support, although the virtual reality headset is entirely optional.
On the other hand, the patch of "The Last of Us" Remastered for PlayStation 4 Pro was supposed to be a major leap for the video game company Naughty Dog. Nevertheless, it turns out that the patch of the action-adventure survival horror video game appears worse.
Game enthusiasts are now debating over the quality that the video game presents, although it was supposed to come along with better consistency for PlayStation 4 Pro. Naughty Dog even brags about the several bug fixes of the "The Last of Us" Remastered that were meant to be at par with PS4 Pro. Then the game developer capped that the video game can handle high-definition display natively at 1080p, according to Expansive.
In spite of that, most video gamers are saying that the game's patch for PS4 Pro looked worse, especially when super-sampling to 1800p resolution. Even the fast-paced actions of the video game appeared jarred with no down-sampling to 30 frame rate.
