Xiaomi seems to lead the way when it comes to designing incredible smartphones that value for money and the Mi 5S leak shows how it looks very similar to the iPhone 7.

It is just a matter of days until Xiaomi reveals Mi 5S handset and the recent leak seems to confirm the rumor about its design. GSM Arena reported the news - stating that the render is believed to be Xiaomi Mi 5S Plus in black color. What makes this even more interesting is the presence of dual camera on the back panel.

Another render is the Mi 5S in white color that shows in details how broadly similar the design is to iPhone 7. It's got a circular home button which rumored to sport ultrasonic fingerprint sensor built by Qualcomm. If the report is to be believed, the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5S will be the first smartphone to have fast 3D scanning feature, University Herald wrote.

Mi 5S variant is rumored to sport 6GB of RAM with 64 GB of internal storage. Mi 5S Plus is a 5.7 inch smartphone with 6GB RAM, 256 GB internal storage and dual camera. The phone will rock 16 MP rear shooter and Snapdragon 821 under the hood - which is also the processor rumored to power Google's Pixel phones.

Expensive? Not really

Remember, we are talking about the company that makes phones value for money. The pricetag has been leaked previously, stating that the Mi 5S will likely be sold at around $299 whilst the Plus variant will be priced at around $499. Judging from the base model, it has the same pricing of other budget smartphones such as Zenfone 3 ($289). It also falls below Nexus 5X pricing, as listed in GottaBeMobile.
