ByAs Apple Inc. unleashed the iOS 9.3.5 update, the tech monster continues its crackdown on the jailbreak community. Which means, the rollout will no longer let users to downgrade or upgrade to the operating system.
The update will also let jailbreakers discover that the 9.3.5 jailbreak has been provided useless with the official update.
Pangu, the Chinese programming team in the iOS community, the prestigious group when it comes to jailbreak tools, and with the current reports, the team may be disregarding their 9.3.5 jailbreak tool in order to center their attention on the improvements of iOS 10, Yibada reported.
The justification of the Pangu team on why they chose to stop working on the iOS 9.3.5 jailbreak is that, due to the upcoming operating system's features, that will be packed with a new and improved lock screen, which is a smarter Siri, and also the more playful and user-friendly iMessage app, according to Game N' Guide.
Reports came up and stated that the iOS 10 will be launched next week, and if Pangu is planning to make the tool, the programming team will have only a few days to work on an iOS 10 jailbreak.
However, existing devices will receive the iOS 10 update on September 13, and it is claimed to be the biggest Apple update for the tech company's mobile operating system so far. Users will then find out that Siri has been overhauled to improve image searches, write text messages and transcribe voicemails, based on the report of Vine Report.
Anyway, if the jailbreak for iOS 9.3.5 won't see the daylight, Apple device owners still have a couple of options to choose from. Device owners will have to use iOS 9.3.4 or below, so that they can take advantage of the jailbreaking tools for these versions. But, if they choose this option, they will be exposed to the zero-day exploits and put their sensitive information at risk, Neuro Gadget reported.
