The newest flagship smartphone of Korean tech company LG is set to be launched on September 6 alongside great features. However, rumors said that LG doesn't seem to learn the lessons from the failure battery life of V10 that they did not even care to upgrade the battery life of V20.
Battery is life. One cannot fully utilize the features of a smartphone without these life-giver batteries which consumers are very particular in picking up their new gadget. Looking at the LG V10 that was previously launched, consumers did not fail to notice how short the battery life was and seems like this did not concerned LG.
Instead, they are working on the launching of LG V20 without having an upgrade to its battery. One commenter named Anonymous from website GSMARENA expressed her frustrations towards the failure battery life of LG V10. She said she will not be surprised if the battery life of newest model will be disappointing. In addition, another commenter from the Android Central forum said he cannot stand the poor battery life of Nexus burning 11% during 2 hours standby.
However, despite those criticisms on the phone's battery life, LG V20 stands out with great features. According to LG News Room, LG V20 will be the first smartphone in the market that will feature the Quad DAC technology that will give users the great media experience through high-end audio quality. LG claimed that this technology will reduce the ambient noise levels up to 50 percent. This cutting-edge multimedia feature was brought to life through the partnership of LG and ESS technology.
Aside from being the first mobile device to be launched operated by Android 7.0 or Nougat OS, it is also likely to be the second smartphone to adopt USB Type-C unlike the LG V10's micro USB standard. Moreover, LG V20's processor is Snapdragon 820 or 821 with 4GB of RAM.
