2TB Xbox One S stocks will no longer be replenished, but the blood red "Gears of War 4" Xbox One S in 2TB worth of storage will be released on Oct. 7. It will also be a limited edition and will be bit pricier at $449.99 than the $399.99 cost of the 2TB Xbox One S launch edition. Preorders are now available for the said Xbox One S 2TB "Gears of War" Limited Edition console.

Amazon still includes the 2TB Xbox One S Launch Edition on its listings as "in stock." It is also noted that there is a 1TB Xbox One S "Madden NFL 17" bundle available at $349.99. A 500GB Xbox One S bundle that comes with "Halo 5: Guardians" and "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" priced at $299.99 will also be up for grabs through Amazon on Aug. 23, The Verge reported.

The 2TB Xbox One S remaining stocks in the market currently will be the last of it as Microsoft will no longer be reproducing the console in the same storage size. A Microsoft spokesperson confirmed the news and advised consumers to check the local retailers to determine whether the 2TB Xbox One S is still available.

The 2TB Xbox One S was only released in limited quantities as they were just a special launch edition according to the Microsoft spokesperson, GameSpot reported. Microsoft also expressed how excited they were by the reaction of fans for the Xbox One S.

Meanwhile, Xbox One S showcased support for 4K and HDR earlier this month. The device is an Ultra-HD Blu-ray player which further increases image quality and also a fraction of the size of the original Xbox One. The Xbox One S comes with an internal power supply which makes it perfect for players who regularly transport their consoles.

The 2TB Xbox One S removal from the market will not be a big problem for gamers. The design of the Xbox One S allows users to easily add external hard drives so gamers can expand their storage as needed.
