iPad Pro was introduced by Apple to the market last September 2015 followed by a smaller but better and upgraded version called iPad Pro 9.7. Recently, there is a rumor surrounding the internet claiming that the 9.7-inch device will become a predecessor of iPad Pro 2 sooner.

The fact that the rumored iPad Pro 2 has not been announced from the WWDC 2016, it exacerbates the speculations from the tech analysts, respected leakers and loyal Apple product fans tracing it from the iPad Pro 2. Apple Insider reported that iPad Pro 2 might get in the loop of hardware refreshing cycles, built-in faster processor like AX10, enhanced camera and a display technology called True tone which originally installed from 9.7-inch iPad Pro.

Moreover, iPad Pro 2 is rumored to have a wider storage capacity of 64 GB, 3 GB RAM of memory. For the design, iPad Pro 2 may sport in a Sapphire crystal lens cover just like the 9.7 inch iPad Pro. Also, it will be more like a Mac since it uses an iOS 10 where results are seen in translucent window. Upgrading the mechanical button to 3D touch is still a subject of speculations.

The same report came from Macworld saying that if Apple will launch the rumored iPad Pro 2 this September, an explicit and minor updates shall be expected - just to bring the 12.9 inch to 9.7 inch level of standard. This is might be due to the fact that people don't usually upgrade their iPads just like they did with their iPhones. A survey conducted says that only 6 percent of the respondents are likely to get new iPad every year.

In addition to all the rumors and speculations, an alleged image of the prototype of the device has been posted to a Chines website. However, Apple insider remains quiet about the circulating image of the upcoming iPad Pro 2.
