In the coming months, the multinational technology company Apple has a lot of devices set to release.

As the "iPhone 7" has been hitting headlines, there is also the much awaited "MacBook Pro 2016" and possibly the highly anticipated "Apple Watch 2."

Suppliers are preparing for the launch of "Apple Watch 2" which is slated to carry huge enhancements compared to the original one that was launched in April, 2015. Among the improvement of the device include a thinner wearable and something that will utilize an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) touchscreen display, according to Apple Insider.

Also, the smartwatch is said to feature a FaceTime camera and a custom S2 processor. Reports also claimed that the smartwatch will add in a Global Positioning System (GPS) chip, BGR reported.

Rumor has it that the thinner display should arouse the curiosity of gadget fans. A One Glass Solution or OGS, which is a touch screen technology, reduces the thickness of a display. In which the device will take over from the old touch panel used by Apple Inc., based on the report of DigiTimes.

But, as stated by TPK Holding, the production of the OGS panels for the upcoming smartwatch has seen some unexpected technical issues, which resulted in low yield rates. It is unclear if the technical issues will affect the overall production of the second-generation Apple Watch, according to Mac Rumors.

The upcoming watch of Apple is not expected to bring in a different look, which means the changes will mostly be from inside the gadget. The screen of the watch is one, as well as the internal chips and components. And the connectivity functions will also improved.

However, speculations came up that "Apple Watch 2" alongside the "iPhone 7" will be launched during Apple's special event in September.
