"The Witcher 3," which is an open world action role-playing video game, is generally agreed to be a pretty good game, as it was awarded as the game of the year at the 2016 GDC Awards.

The video game could have been better, as a modder made an overhaul of the gameplay in the Enhanced Edition mod, based on the report of VG 247.

Reaperrz's mod is fetching a new abilities, skills as well as stats into the game. Also, the combat and damage systems of the video game have been modified, along with a number of other mechanics.

Basically, "The Witcher 3" is on the hardcore mode like FromSoftware's "Dark Souls," but for those gamers who are not ready to be thrown into the deep end, they can tweak the recommended defaults to their desire to ease themselves in, or the player can just turn off the bits if they don't like.

Most of the changes of the game come into effect in combat, with the armor weight of the main protagonist Geralt Of Rivia, playing a part in his movement speed. As well as well as new stats like poise and vigor.

However, the Nexus page of the mod has a table of contents going over all of the video game changes. The page also includes meditation, vitality, covering things like armor, battle preparation and almost every other core part of "The Witcher 3," Kit Guru reported.

Also, the mod boosted the overall difficulty of the video game, so a player must prepare for a much tougher situations if they choose to install it, according to PC Gamer.
