Justin Timberlake was slapped by a golf spectator at the golf tournament. The man was arrested and authorities released the mugshot photo of the golf spectator.

"Can't Stop The Feeling" hitmaker attended American Century Celebrity Golf Championship at Lake Tahoe, on Saturday, July 23. As some attendees welcomed the singer, someone slapped the face of the singer.

In the video obtained by TMZ, as Timberlake was walking through the crowd along another man (who seems to be his security), a hand of a man suddenly appeared in the video, and slapped his face.

Apparently, Timberlake was shocked after he was smacked by a man. He turned around and yelled, "Why would you do that?" Then he walked off.

The man is a golf spectator, and he was quickly arrested by police. According to the source, the singer did want to press charges against the man. The tournament representatives found this incident as a minor.

On Wednesday, July 27, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office released the mugshot of a man who slapped the "Mirrors" hitmaker. The man's name is Keith Weglin, 29, Page Six reported.

Despite Timberlake's refusal to press charge against the Sacramento man, Weglin has been detained for the misdemeanor on Saturday afternoon. He was released later that night after he was able to give $640 bail.

Meanwhile, Timberlake's "Can't Stop The Feeling" single was knocked from the top spot on iTunes by his ex-girlfriend Britney Spear's "Make Me," featuring G-Eazy, on July 15. Spears released her latest song on July 14. In the same day, Katy Perry also released her Olympic-themed song, "Rise."

Spears' "Make Me" was beaten by "Roar" hitmaker's Olympic theme song, however, Spears remains ahead of her ex-beau.

Spears and Timberlake was one of the most cherished celebrity couples. Some rumors suggested that they secretly dating in 1999. However, in 2002, the estranged couple called it quits, US Magazine reported.

According to some rumors, the "Born To Make You Happy" hitmaker cheated the "Cry Me A River" hitmaker.
