With all the hype of Ben Affleck's take on the Caped Crusader, fans are all too much eager to eat up any upcoming Batman related media there is. Well, it's a good thing that "The LEGO Batman Movie" is just around the corner.

Back in 2014, the world was pleasantly surprised by how good and smart "The LEGO movie" was. Upon initial announcement of the film, people were doubtful that this would be any good. All seem to think that this would be just a kid-targeted movie that is created to sell more LEGO toys. But the smart use of humor, heart and awesome visuals made this movie into a lucrative and critically-acclaimed franchise.

The "LEGO" movie will have its sequel in 2019 titled, "The LEGO Movie Sequel." But until then, fans get to get enjoy its spin-off movies, "The LEGO Batman Movie" and "The LEGO Ninjago Movie."

Hall H of the San Diego Comic Con was filled with excitement when the new trailer for the upcoming LEGO movie spin-off, "The LEGO Batman Movie." The voice for the LEGO dark knight will still be done by actor Will Arnett, whose voice work in The "LEGO Movie" was well-received by audiences, in a report by Birth.Movies.Death,

Fans of the Affleck Batman will certainly not suffer from bat-fatigue as this version will be the complete opposite of the live-action one. The trailer highlights key points of the movie, without giving much away. The major things to take note of are the introduction of Robin to the franchise, and the establishment of The Joker as the films main antagonist. As far as voice work is concerned, Warner Bros., has brought out its big guns with the voice talent of Michael Cera as Robin, and Zach Galifianakis as The Joker, according to Indie Wire.

The trailer boasts humor, appearances of the "LEGO Justice League," and the high quality animation that was first experienced in The LEGO Movie. Reception for the trailer has been positive. The Warner Bros. marketing team seems to be on their A-game as evident from the TV spots and movie clips that they have been releasing for this film, as well as the other films in the DC/Warner Bros. movie slate.

The "LEGO Batman Movie" is set for a release date of February 10, 2017.
