The three suspects detained by police are now identified. These are Derrick Church, 19, Demetrius O'Neal, 19, and Tajze Battle, 22.

19-year-old Church is now facing charges of assault on a law enforcement, escaping the arrest and avoiding the officer. The two suspects, O'Neal and Battle, face charges of resisting an officer without violence, Local 10 reported.

In a previous report, the three suspects were announced "persons of interest," and the shooting incident was gang-related, but now, authorities said they have been charged for the actual shooting at Club Blu, in the Myers, Florida.

The latest mass shooting happened after a month of the terror attack at The Pulse (happened on June 12), in Orlando, Florida, where there were 49 dead and 53 wounded.

Authorities confirmed two students dead and about 20 people wounded, including 12-years-old, after the gun shooting occurred at a nightclub in Fort Myers, Florida. The police detained the three suspects in the incident, but they did not release a statement about these three suspects.

The two teenagers confirmed dead are 14-year-old Sean Achillies and 18-year-old basketball standout at Lehigh Senior High School, Stef'an Strawder. Strawder's mother Stephanie White, and father, Sylvester Strawder, were able to rush him to the hospital, however, he was soon pronounced dead, The News-Press reported.

When the suspects started to open fire at 12:30 a.m. Monday, the 18-year-old basketball standout at Lehigh Senior High School, Strawder had nowhere to hide, so he was shot in the right shoulder. At 3:30 a.m., he was confirmed dead at Lee Memorial. Then, those who were injured drive themselves to a hospital.

His sister 19-year-old sister, Sharrelle, obtained wound in the shooting incident. She suffered a non-fatal gunshot wound to the leg.
