'Kingdom Hearts III' Release Date Still Far Away? New Kingdom Hearts 2.8’ Trailer Surfaces Online [VIDEO]
BySquare Enix recently came under fire from the huge fanbase of "Kingdom Hearts" series, when the studio announced that the much-anticipated action role-playing game dubbed, "Kingdom Hearts III" wouldn't make an appearance until at least mid-2017.
Square Enix, however has not ceased to release HD compilation while fans wait with bated breath for the story's concluding chapter.
The next, and apparently the final in the list is "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue," which was already reported to encompass a remaster of "Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance" and cinematic segment dubbed "Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover" - all this and a chapter dubbed "Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep" which is unseen until now.
Although fans had a clue in terms of what to expect from the title, there was no specific date associated with it. But that finally changed a few days back when Square Enix by means of a trailer confirmed that "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" will hit the shelves globally for PS4 in December. But that's not all, the collection will be made playable at E3 2016 starting from June 14 to June 16, NewsEveryday reported.
The "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8" trailer presented the various offers in three parts:
Part 1: Boasts a theatrical feel and lines from the "Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance" being adopted.
Part 2: Focuses on an all-new mission of Aqua in the Fragmentary Passage.
Part 3: Opts for a cinematographic approach in order to accentuate the scenes from "Kingdom Hearts Unchained X Back Cover."
Despite reports hinting an April 2017 release date for "Kingdom Hearts III" initially, the studio's fiscal report did not include the title in the list of games slated to release in March 2017.
Director Tetsuya Nomura already divulged that the highly-anticipated game will pack brand new worlds, which were teased in the recently released gameplay trailer.
The aforementioned new worlds encompass popular scenes from the "Mysterious Tower," "The Big Hero 6," "Hercules," and "Tangled."
The world of "Tangled" was presented in the beginning of the video - where Sora is seen standing in front of a tall tower. The scene then switches to the world of "Hercules," which features demolished building and Greek themes. The third map is the mansion of Master Yen Sid, the Mysterious Tower and the fourth one boasts "Big Hero 6," featuring the fan-favorite character, Baymax, ChristianDaily reported.
Several tech publications recently reported that minor voice recording for the game was already under way, as far as the major voice recording was concerned, reports hinted that it will follow the minor voice recording.
Currently, no details are available to confirm the voice recording for the major character is already in the making at Square Enix.
