The iPhone 6 may or may not be getting its grand introduction in a matter of weeks, but the Internet may have just been treated to the first look of the final product.

Tech Radar claims to have obtained a leaked image of the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 in the retail box. Of course, several other websites and insiders have leaked their own images of components, cases and frames, so there is not much Apple could do to the handset's basic appearance that would shock anyone.

Except for the size.

Early this year, Mac Rumors and BGR fielded a "sketchy report" from OLED-Display.net that claimed to have Apple's full specifications list for the iPhone 6. The report pointed to a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch version and ever since, it has been the most generally accepted rumor on the mill.

This would be only the second time Apple has released two versions of an iPhone in the same year, but the first time the company will be putting out handsets in different sizes. The iPhone 5/5S/5C is the largest the company has ever gone at four inches.

The supposed completed product image from Tech Radar is not showing anything new, like the Touch ID fingerprint scanner from the iPhone 5S or the headphone jack on the bottom (a change introduced with the iPhone 5). The side volume buttons apparent took after the iPhone 5C, as they are long and thin instead of circular. It is a logical decision since the iPhone 6 is expected to be even thinner than its predecessors.

One aspect of the display impossible to determine from the photos are whether or not it will have the ultra-tough sapphire crystal display. Reports have conflicted recently, with some stating Apple has not produced enough of the material to coat the new handsets' larger displays, while some say it is completely plausible.

Since Apple will never tell, we must wait until Sept. 9 to find out for sure, since that is when the company is expected to announce the new smartphone.
