After the recent announcement of "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" to the world, the game developers were hard at work to make it the best remaster. The entire original series actually consisted of 18 games and has already shipped over 50 million copies worldwide, but this new trilogy only has three known games. These games are "Crash Bandicoot," "Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex" and "Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped" Dual Shockers reported.
The developers handling the remaster revealed that the game developer team received high praises from its original creators: Naughty Dog. They did not actually check in with them or meet up, but through Sony, they were able to see and play the new games at a few different stages. They said that the original game developers were very impressed and quite touched because the new ones are doing it right with the new remaster.
What The Trilogy Remaster Is All About
Vicarious Visions described the trilogy as a remaster plus, and it also contains gameplay that has been rebuilt from the scratch. They have also made their own layering of lush and unique art, animation, and audio that is reminiscent to the classic series, but with a big upgrade. The game developers have also added in the rebuilt characters, cinematics, and a lot of new features, which are a unified checkpointing and save game system, a unified menu system, and time trails for all three games.
