Now that Samsung has finally taken the wraps off of its highly anticipated Galaxy S8, it's about time to pit Samsung's latest flagship smartphone with LG G6 Android smartphone. Both Galaxy S8 and LG G6 appear to be very promising in 2017 because the devices are pioneering an era of almost a bezel-less handsets.

It appears that Samsung Galaxy S8 will outperform the LG G6 in terms of performance, because Samsung's latest flagship smartphone will be the first handset to ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. The reason behind why Samsung Galaxy S8 comes with the latest processor is due to the fact that the tech giant was the one to provide the 10nm FinFET technology for Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 chip.

In terms of design, the LG G6 is available with a brushed aluminum look, and the glass back of the smartphone is coated in order to make it less slippery. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S8 looks like a slick glass. Nonetheless, the Galaxy S8 and LG G6 are both beautiful-looking devices, with designs that virtually ditch the top and bottom bezel, Tech Radar reported.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 only comes in a 64GB variant with 4GB of RAM. On the contrary, The LG G6, along with a 4GB of RAM, is available in two internal memory variants, the 32GB version, and a 64GB variant. The Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6 are packed with the 3.5mm headphone jack, but the jack of LG G6 has 32-bit DAC with 192 kHz audio support that produces more exceptional sounds than the Galaxy S8.

The pricing and promotions are another areas where the Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6 entice potential buyers. The LG G6 Android is set to be $30-$100 cheaper compared to the Galaxy S8, depending on where tech enthusiasts intend to purchase, Phone Dog reported.
