NetherRealm Studios will reveal a new character on March 2 for its upcoming fighting video game, "Injustice 2." The American video game developer hinted the character to join the game's roster will be a Cyborg from the DC universe. Nonetheless, a leaked image of Green Arrow in the "Injustice 2" roster confirmed the character's addition to the character lineup.

The official website of the "Injustice 2" video game made it known that the next character to be added in the game will be revealed on March 2, which will feature the DC Comics' twenty-first hero or villain on the video game's roster. There are reports making rounds on the internet that Dr. Fates, Cyborg and Scarecrow will all likely be appearing. Nevertheless, a new image just confirmed the arrival of Green Arrow, according to WWG.

Nonetheless, NetherRealm Studios did not confirm whether or not the studio will add even more characters in "Injustice 2." At the moment, the video game company remains to be ambiguous about the size of the game's roster, other than the fact that the upcoming video game will have the largest roster of fighters compared to any fighting game the company developed, Game Rant reported. The upcoming fighting video game is said to have a total of 31 fighters.

In spite of that, the "Injustice 2" video game already included a number of familiar villains and superheroes. The characters that were included in the upcoming fighting video game are The Flash, Harley Quinn, Swamp Thing, Blue Beetle, and Batman, according to Game Spot. Other "Injustice 2" characters included in the game are Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Superman, Aquaman, Deadshot, Gorilla Grodd, Robin, Cheetah, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Atrocitus and Black Canary.

That being the case, the "Injustice 2" video game is slated to officially roll out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gaming systems on May 16.
