The "Middle Earth: Shadow of War," which is the upcoming open world action-adventure video game, has been confirmed to be available in Xbox Project Scorpio. The upcoming video game is the sequel of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment's "Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor."

In Microsoft's press release, the tech company made it known that the upcoming Shadow of War is an Xbox Play Anywhere title. Wherein, if the video game will be purchased either at the Windows Store or at the Xbox Store, game enthusiasts would be able to enjoy the video game on PC, Xbox One, as well as on Xbox Project Scorpio. Due to Xbox Play Anywhere's feature, the "Middle Earth: Shadow of War" will be the very first title that will officially roll out on Xbox Project Scorpio, according to Tech Radar. Having Warner Bros.' upcoming game on Project Scorpio would mean that the game developer believes that the gaming system would exceed everyone's expectations.

Furthermore, Xbox Games Marketing Head, Aaron Greenberg, also supports this claim, Games Radar reported. The Xbox Games Marketing Head confirms that Xbox Project Scorpio will be launched with the "Middle Earth: Shadow of War." Also, Greenberg announced on his Twitter that the Xbox One Family includes the Xbox Project Scorpio, which means that all titles from the Xbox One will work on the upcoming powerful gaming console.

Nevertheless, as the "Middle Earth: Shadow of War" video game is slated to be launched on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One on Aug. 22, 2017, it appears that the tech giant might start selling the Xbox Project Scorpio earlier than Aug. 24 this year, Game Reactor has learned. In spite of that, Microsoft has yet to release the official Xbox Project Scorpio release date.
