Todesco is certainly not abandoning the jailbreak scene and vows to continue his iOS research mission. Meanwhile, Apple continues in warding off hacks since its 10.2.1 patch.
In the Twitter exchanges between the famous Italian hacker and a follower, the follower asked Todesco to clarify the rumor that iOS 10.2 jailbreak will be his final work and he will take a long break, according to Droid Report. Nonetheless, Todesco replied that walking away from the jailbreaking scene is not necessarily true. In fact, the jailbreak creator made a commitment to make the iOS 10.2 jailbreak work at least on all 64-bit devices. The 19-year-old Italian hacker said that he will keep researching, and he will talk about technical info.
On the other hand, it appears that the iOS jailbreak community will go down the drain, as the Cupertino based tech giant has been successful in battling hacks against its latest firmware. As a matter of fact, even the Italian iOS hacker has decided to first fix his initially released iOS 10.2 jailbreak tool. Users of the iOS 10.2 jailbreak beta version have complained that the tool was filled with bugs.
Todesco has stated that he intends to update his Yalu1011 jailbreak tool to support iPhone 7. Nonetheless, the Italian iOS hacker has also hit on his Twitter account saying there is a reason why the iOS 10.2 jailbreak tool is not yet available for Apple's iPhone 7. That being said, Todesco's iOS 10.2 jailbreak tool has a lot of bonuses. Nevertheless, users of the iOS 10.2 jailbreak can easily uninstall or remove the tool if it no longer suits them.
