"Fifty Shades Darker" is indeed one of the most anticipated Valentine's Day movies this month. But before watching Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson's film, here are the things you should know first.

'Fifty Shades Darker' Director Reveals Changes in The Red Room

Almost everybody is excited to see Christian Grey (Dornan) and Anastasia Steele (Johnson) on the big screen (or more like in the red room) again. "Fifty Shades Darker" has been the talk of the town not just because of the returning cast and the new characters set to appear but also because of its darker and much more controversial plot this time.

In E.L. James' "Fifty Shades Darker" film, some avid fans might notice some changes. According to USA Today, director James Foley decided to "warm up" The Red Room settings.

"Christian's apartment is somewhat different," the directed noted. When you watched "Fifty Shades Darker", you will notice the changes in the design. Starting from the stairs which is now a translucent, to the wall color, to the carpet and to other stuff inside the house, this includes The Red Room.

"We felt like the first Red Room was a bit spare and not particularly inviting or sensuous. So we wanted to plush it up," Foley says.

'Fifty Shades Darker' Major Spoilers

Moreover, when it comes to "Fifty Shades Darker" scenes, Dornan and Johnson reveals that there are a lot of sex scenes in the sequel. However, some of those are edited out.

"The whole pool table scene that we literally spent a week filming," Johnson says. Dornan, on the other hand, says that filming the scene felt like a month of shooting.

On the other hand, another thing that fans should watch out for is Johnson's "Working Girls"-like scene in "Fifty Shades Darker". Screenwriter Niall Leonard is behind the tribute scene of the film.

The said "Fifty Shades Darker" scene is where Anastasia tells a co-worker "I don't expect you to fetch me coffee unless you're getting some for yourself", which is Melanie Griffith's line in the 80s film.

"Fifty Shades Darker" cast, as per Mail Online's report, had their promotional tour in Madrid. The film will be released in theaters on Feb. 10. The third installment, "Fifty Shades Freed" is slated for a 2018 premiere.
