The past few weeks have been mad, especially for Nokia and Xiaomi. Both just launched their affordable flagships and managed to earn a massive success. Check out the full comparison of this week's most favorite handsets!
Design and Build
The three flagships sport 5.5-inch display and IPS LCD except for Galaxy J7 Prime with its PLS TFT technology. The dual-SIM handsets offer 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and 401 ppi pixel density the least.
Internal specs
Nokia 6 comes out with Android Nougat while the two others still run on Marshmallow OS. However, Nokia 6 doesn't rock the latest chipset. The mid-ranger packs Snapdragon 430 unlike Redmi Note 4 with 625 chip series whereas J7 Prime sticks with Exynos 7870 processor.
Xiaomi offers two RAM variants with 4 gigs being the highest model. This is the same spec offered in Nokia 6 whilst Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime packs 3GB of RAM.
Camera
It is interesting to find out that Nokia 6 wins in the optics department, packing 16 MP and 8 MP sensors. Here's a video comparison between Nokia 6 and Galaxy J7 Prime camera
Nokia 6 camera has richer color production than Samsung's handset.
Battery and other components
Redmi Note 4, Nokia 6 and Galaxy J7 Prime feature fingerprint sensor. The difference is in the placement. The biometric scanner in Note 4 is located at the rear panel whilst the other two have it mounted at the front.
Xiaomi equips Redmi Note 4 with big battery 4,000 mAh but apparently it lacks of fast charging feature. Nokia 6 comes with the least capacity 3,000 mAh but it offers a rapid-charging feature. All batteries are non-removable.
For those who plan to upgrade, it comes down to a personal preference. However, Nokia 6 is the newest of the three handsets and the overall tech specs are slightly better than the others.
