Galaxy Tab S3 hasn't been revealed yet but a few features might hint at a not-so-great device.

Samsung will not introduce Galaxy S8 at MWC 2017 but reports strongly hint another gadget ready for release at the trade show.

Galaxy Tab S3 leaks and rumors have been around for quite some time now and recently leaked information may even be more disappointing. Here's what we know so far!

9.7-Inch tablet

Galaxy Tab S3 is said to have two variants. The small one will carry 8-inch display whilst the largest one is a 9.7-inch tablet. It would be hard to compete with Apple's upcoming 9.7-inch iPad Pro especially after Ming-Chi Kuo said that the smallest tablet will be a budget-friendly device.

Samsung should be considering the price of its Galaxy Tab S3 if it does want to beat the iPad lineup.

Stylus, sold separately

The fans were glad when a leak mentioned that the tablet will support Samsung S Pen. However, it will most likely be one of the accessories that Samsung intends to sell separately, Phone Arena reported.

This means that potential buyers of Galaxy Tab S3 will need to cash out a few extra dollars to get the stylus. And not to mention, the fact that users won't be able to insert the pen in the tablet, is a minor irritant.

No different than the other Tab series

Still about the stylus, Galaxy Tab A, Tab Pro and Note 10.1, all support the S Pen. That would make Tab S3 no different than the rest siblings. It will not be a special feature.

Snapdragon 820 vs A9x chip

A recent analysis published by Android Authority, comparing iOS and Android explained that Apple's OS is better in dealing with background apps and memory re-purposing.

Furthermore, the CPU rocking A9x chip performs better than a Snapdragon-820-powered device, according to Versus.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will reportedly be launched on Feb. 26 at MWC 2017.
