The highly anticipated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and the AMD Vega 10 GPUs are reportedly going to roll out this year. As the GTX 1080 Ti is the last chapter in the Pascal family, Nvidia's graphics card attempts to close the gap between the GTX 1080 and the Titan X.

While reports have been mounting up on the internet regarding the possibility of Nvidia releasing the new GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card, none of those reports could prove it to be authentic. Nevertheless, some reports claimed that Nvidia company had released their first official confirmation through Linkedin. The Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti appears to be the final piece in the Pascal family before the American tech company pushes through with the Volta architecture, according to PC GamesN.

Nonetheless, Nvidia is said to roll out the upcoming GTX 1080 Ti graphics card during the PAX East 2017, which will transpire on March 10, 2017, in Boston. The GTX 1080 Ti release date info pops up from a rep of a Taiwanese information technology corporation, MSI, Mobi Picker reported.

The Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti is slated to pack a 10GB of GDDR5 VRAM, which is right between the 8GB of GTX 1080 and Titan X's 12GB. It appears that the tech company won't use GDDR5X in the GeForce Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, which was featured on the GTC Titan X and GTX 1080.

The Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is said to have a base clock speed of 1,607 MHz, and an increased clock speed of 1,733 MHz, while the computing power of GTX 1080 Ti is set at 10,696 GFlops. The Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is rumored to have a price tag between $630 and $1200, however, tech critics are claiming that the Nvidia GPU will likely cost more than $800. If the rumored specs turn out to be true, the Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti can provide a stable 60 fps in 4K resolution.
