Social Media was set ablaze over the weekend when Rihanna and Azealia Banks exchanged barbs through Twitter and Instagram, because of Donald Trump.
The feud reportedly started when Barbados-born Rihanna posted a Tweet regarding President Donald Trump's executive order to ban entry to the United States of immigrants coming from seven countries.
Banks, a known Trump supporter, took to Rihanna's comment and decided to reply via Instagram, which has since been deleted along with four other posts, essentially said that as far as Rihanna and all celebrities using their influence to stir the public should really shut up and sit down, according to People.
Banks said to stop chastising the president. She continued saying it is stupid and pathetic to watch. Additionally, she compared the president's failure is like riding on an airplane then hoping the pilot crashes.
Banks posted other posts obviously trying to provoke Rihanna who did not take the bait. She instead posted an image of a person with an American flag covering their face. The caption read, "The face you make when you screaming in an empty room."
Taking Rihanna's post as a direct hit at her, banks posted a couple of videos dissecting the other's posts. Moreover, in a moment of ultimate celebrity betrayal, Banks posted Rihanna's phone number and captioned it "Bombs away!" E! News reported. The number has now been disconnected and Banks has deleted her post.
Banks is not new at provoking other celebrities, often times more famous than she to elicit a reaction from them. Reportedly, her rants are often unprovoked. She has had a beef with many celebrities from Russell Crowe, Lady Gaga, and Zayn Malik, to name a few.
Banks has been banned from Twitter after her tirades against One Direction member Malik. She sent him a series of racist and Homophobic messages. After this episode with RiRi, she might get banned from Instagram as well.
