According to Android Authority, Axon 7 is fit for multitasking because of its quadcore chipset that runs at 2.15GHz and 1.6GHz while Moto Z Play has reportedly received complains for the constant lags.
On the other hand, Axon 7 battery life is reportedly akin to Galaxy S7 that lasts six hours in a single charge while Moto Z Play has the longest battery life that runs for two days in a single charge as well including browsing the web, chat and stream videos.
Camera
When it comes to taking snapshots, Moto Z Play has an advantage over its rival because it sports a 16MP f/2.0 camera while ZTE Axon 7 sports a 20MP but with f/1.8 aperture. Accordingly, Moto Z Play takes quality photos than ZTE Axon 7 because its phase detection autofocus includes a laser guidance.
