Android Nougat Update News: Sony Xperia X, Samsung Galaxy, Nexus 6, Moto Z, More Devices Getting The latest Patch

Android Nougat update rollouts to Sony Xperia X
Sony is reportedly releasing the Nougat update soon for Xperia Z3+, Z4, Z5, as well as Xperia X series, according to Express. There will be a few tweaks available along with the latest firmware, for instance, camera settings and redesigned home screen. The update is apparently only available for those who have registered for Concept Testing.
The Android 7.1.1 Nougat arrives with 38.3A.0.41 firmware specifically for devices with build number NMF26F8. Along with the update, Sony has also rolled out December security patch.

Moto Z Europe had been receiving Nougat update since a few days ago and this includes Moto Z China. Android 7.0 Nougat for Moto Z brings Daydream VR compatibility feature to the handset.
Android 7.1.1 Nougat update to rollout to Samsung Galaxy handsets
Meanwhile, Samsung will reportedly skip Android Nougat 7.0 for its handsets and leap to 7.1.1 version instead. The South Korean tech has confirmed in an official announcement for those who have enrolled in Galaxy beta program previously.
It is reported that Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will be the first two Samsung flagships getting the Nougat this month, according to Ubergizmo. The features to look forward to, include multi-window screen, battery saving mode, new notification orders, and Blue Light filter.
Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for Nexus 6
It's better late than never. The latest OS version finally rollouts to Nexus 6 handsets after its siblings already get it awhile ago. There are a couple of new features coming to Nexus 6 along with the OS update, including January security patch, NDTV reported.
