A Toronto-based brand is offering quality gloves that allow customers to continue to use their touch-sensitive mobile devices as temperatures drop, Mashable reported.

This is not an entirely new idea. What sets Aeon attire apart from other manufacturers who have succeeded at doing the same thing is that it does not have a visible, specially-designed tip on the thumb and index finger of the glove. Aeon's gloves are just as stylish as it is smartphone-compatible.

The leather gloves have a 100 percent leather exterior and are lined with fleece in the inside to ensure that you're well insulated and chic. Aeon Attire came up two designs for the technologically-advanced gloves: "Rider" and "Quilt" that are windproof and water resistant.

"Both gloves were designed to be unisex but being the geniuses they were, they came up with different sizes to choose from for both guys and gals," according to IX Daily, an underground arts and culture blog.

Like many of their competitors, their design also incorporates nanotechnology that mimics the properties of human skin, allowing their buyers to operate personal, electronic devices without sacrificing the convenience of being warm and dry.

The brand's glove line was originally launched as a Kickstarter campaign. It has since moved to a separate website for pre-orders as it currently has more than $25,000 funded of its $2,500 pledge goal.

The gloves are priced at $65 and are already in production and will be released Dec, 15. Aeon Attire is a brand that was started in the summer of 2012 by three Toronto Teens; Weiming Yuan, Wei Dong Yuan, and Patrick Lum. Since their inception, they have spread to include 18 stores in Canada and the U.S.

According to their website, the brand has also created the world's first pant-slimming accessory, a scarf that clothes homeless youth, "and now... sunglasses that are ready to shake up a sleepy industry."
