As the 10th iPhone anniversary is fast approaching, Apple is reported to be on the final stage of development on the presumed iPhone 8. The anniversary phone is said to be less innovative but more interesting because of its features, such as wireless charging and flexible OLED display.

iPhone 8 Features

The presumed Apple anniversary phone is said to be less innovative yet more interesting as the 2017 flagship smartphone will include new technologies. According to Fortune, iPhone 8 will feature a wireless charging technology and a flexible OLED display.

It can be recalled that the wireless charging feature was expected to land in iPhone 7; however, it didn't made it. For the curved OLED display, Apple is rumored to have been negotiating with Sharp for the supply of OLED panels, which the latter has been reported to accept the deal.

Furthermore, iPhone 8 will also feature a Touch ID sensor hidden under the screen that enables the user to tap anywhere if he wishes to access the phone. In addition, the 2017 flagship smartphone is said to be wrapped around with glass, similar to its predecessors such as iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s.

The presumed iPhone 8 is rumored to sport a 5-inch screen display, a dual-rear camera with wide angle lens and telephoto lens. The said device will also feature longer battery life due to the inclusion of OLED display. According to Indian Express, Apple is also set to replace the physical home button with a virtual one, as well as the antenna band located at the back of the phone.
