The news came as a surprise as two of OnePlus devices were spotted running the latest Android OS. OnePlus One and OnePlus 2 with Android Nougat were discovered in GFXBench.
OnePlus One is already 2-year-old device without a new software update. Hence, it would make sense that the company will roll out Nougat to its device.
Android 7.0 Nougat update for LG devices
LG handsets are speculated to receive Nougat update in early 2017. The G5 series was tested for Nougat update in August so users can expect the update rolled out for this device soon.
Android 7.0 Nougat update for HTC devices
Judging from the previous pattern, HTC has been fast enough to update the OS and users can expect the roll out of Android Nougat this month. HTC 10, HTC M9 and HTC A9 are confirmed to get the update while the HTC 11 is likely to get Nougat out of the box, Android Authority reported.
Android 7.0 Nougat update for Xiaomi devices
The Apple of China is known for a late update in OS software. However, the best possible schedule for the flagships to receive Android 7.0 Nougat would be in December 2016. The newest OS will likely hit Mi Mix, Mi 5 series, and Mi Note 2.
