"Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" is reportedly the last time that Milla Jovovich will play the role of Alice. The final installment will end in Racoon City, based on the Japanese preview trailer.

Alice (Milla Jovovich) has exactly two days to penetrate the Umbrella Corporation once again, Screenrant reported. The evil organization possessed an antivirus that can save what's left of humanity from the zombies. Alice would have to ally herself, however, with the Red Queen. She will also get to fight some of her adversaries like Doctor Alexander Isaacs (Ian Glen) and Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts).

Alice would also be reunited with some of her human friends on the way back to ground zero - Racoon City. Claire Redfield (Ali Larter), Abigail ( Rubie Rose). Japanese actress Rola will also join the last chapter, as listed on imdb.

Sony has released a Japanese trailer for "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter." Interestingly, the post-apocalyptic zombie series is known as "Biohazard" in Japan. Most of the scenes have already been shown in previous trailers, but some of it is quite new.

The first "Resident Evil" film was shown in 2002. Jovovich assumed the role of Alice from the very beginning while her husband, Paul W.S. Anderson, is the producer as well as the writer of the six "Resident Evil" movies. He also directed most of them.

The first five "Resident Evil" movies were able to produce more that $900 million in global sales. The last installment is expected to increase that figure well above the billion dollar mark. "Resident Evil" or "Biohazard" fans will surely miss this series.
