"Supergirl" Season 2 has finally moved to its new network family, The CW. Its Episode 1 introduced Superman.

Episode 1 starts off Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist) and Hank Henshaw a.k.a. J'onn J'onzz or the Martian Manhunter (David Harewood) are chasing a flying object. When the object fell, Kara opens the mysterious object that appears to be a space pad, and she sees a man. The mysterious man was brought in DEO. It appears that the mysterious man came from Krypton.

How Superman introduced?

A scene shows that Clark Kent or Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) is talking to man Mr. Wayne (probably it's Batma) on his phone. Then suddenly, a spacecraft named Venture has been reported that in danger of explosion. Superman and Supergirl teams up to save the people in the craft. But this is not their only mission. They will save Lena Luthor (Katie McGrath).

Kara and Clark did not only team up for their superhero job. They also team up for the investigative reporting, and the suspect for the Venture explosion is Lena. When it comes to Kara's career, she's not an assistant anymore. At the end of the episode, Kara chose to be a reporter. After telling Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart), her boss revealed that she has been hired for the position since she was applying.

Episode 1 of "Supergirl" Season 2 appears to be loves by millions of TV viewers. In a recent report, "Supergirl" Season 2, Episode 1 got a solid 1.1 rating and 3 million total viewers, according to Variety. Unlike in Season 1, which premiered on CBS, the show only scored 3.1 rating and 12.96 million viewers.

Meanwhile, "Supergirl" Season 2, Episode 2: "The Last Children" promo has been released. The synopsis of Episode 2 is, CADMUS attacks National City. The new villain is powered by kryptonite, a material that weakens Superman and Supergirl.
